Nelly trained as a Patrol Sergeant with Standby Security in Johannesburg, South Africa working through the ranks to Security Manager and has worked in various departments in Canada as a Private Investigator.  He also holds various licenses and certifications as an Alarm Technician  in both South Africa and North America, Canada.  Nelly holds the position of Operations Manager for Ontime Security Canada
